INDIVISIBLE
INDIVISIBLE launched two VR exhibitions, that can be found in this page including one in 2025 under the Transformative Vision project, curated by Rita Kablan. This initiative aims to break the barriers that women face in politics by highlighting the societal violence that contributes to those barriers, as political violence against women (PVAW) is always backed by societal violence.
INDIVISIBLE 2.0 featured both a physical exhibition at KED Beirut during the 16 Days of Activism Campaign 2023 and 16 stories showcased in the VR experience (accessible via the link at the bottom of this page).
The featured video presents 1MORECUP’s methodology in empowering women and collectively combating gender-based violence (GBV), documenting INDIVISIBLE 1, which was launched during the 16 Days of Activism to End GBV in 2022.
This year, INDIVISIBLE 2.0 documents 16 photo-stories highlighting the unique struggles of (GBV) survivors, that are part and parcel of our society. Through a q.feminist and intersectional approach, the narratives collected are raw firsthand accounts of women and people from marginalized communities. Their experiences are not prevalent in the mainstream advocacy efforts related to GBV, nor are their needs adequately addressed by formal service providers. This lack of representation halts progress and illudes the programs designed to spread awareness and create support. The eventual culprit is a system without protective laws that does not acknowledge their struggles.
INDIVISIBLE comes as an attempt to embody the efforts that 1MORECUP is putting in breaking through the systemic silencing of different marginalized communities, even within global campaigns. 1MORECUP is committed to advocating for the elimination of all forms of violence against marginalized communities in Lebanon and the region. Beyond violence, INDIVISIBLE aims to shine a light on ways of coping and emergence out of GBV. The stories also build up on learning from individuals who were able to break out of the cycle of violence.
We invite ourselves and extend this invitation to you to reconsider the approach to GBV advocacy, as the ultimate purpose is to ensure a space for everyone.

يوثّق معرض "جزء لا يتجزأ" في نسخته الثانية، ١٦ قصة فوتوغرافية تركّز على تحديات ناجيات/ناجين من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، واللواتي/الذين يشكلن/ون جزءاً لا يتجزأ من مجتمعنا. تعتبر السردية التي تم توثيقها، من خلال نهج ك.نسوي تقاطعي، شهادات أوليّة خام من نساء وأشخاص ينتمين/ون للمجتمعات الأكثر تهميشاً. تجاربهن غير سائدة في جهود التوعية الرئيسية المتعلقة بالعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، ولا تلقى احتياجاتهن اهتماماً من قِبل مقدمي الخدمات الرسميين. إن هذا النقص في التمثيل يعيق التقدّم ويضلل البرامج المصممة لنشر الوعي وتقديم الدعم، إذ أن الجاني في هذه القضية هو نظام لا يمتلك قوانين لحمياتهن ولا يعترف بتحدياتهن
تأتي هذه النسخة من معرض "جزء لا يتجزأ" كمحاولة لتجسيد الجهود التي تبذلها "وان مور كَپ" لكسر صمت النظام أمام مجتمعات مهمشة مختلفة، حتى في سياق الحملات العالمية. تلتزم "وان مور كَپ" بالدعوة إلى القضاء على جميع أشكال العنف ضد المجتمعات المهمشة في لبنان والمنطقة. كما يهدف "جزء لا يتجزأ" بالإضافة عن ذلك، إلى إلقاء الضوء على وسائل التكيّف وتخطي دائرة العنف؛ إذ أننا نؤمن بأن القصص تبنى حول الأفراد الذين تمكنوا من الخروج من دائرة العنف تلك، وأن الاستماع هو إحدى أدواتنا النسويّة، نقاوم بها المحاولات الذكوريّة الأبويّة الممنهجة لإلغاء وجودنا وكتم أصواتنا
ندعو أنفسنا وندعوكم لإعادة التفكير في كيفية تنفيذ حملات التوعية حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي فالهدف الأسمى هو ضمان فضاء يتسع للجميع
