يتعرّف هذا المحور إلى مكوّنات الجندر كمركّب اجتماعي — الدور الاجتماعي، التعبير الاجتماعي، والهوية الجندرية — ثم ينتقل إلى التوجّه الجنسي وعناصره الثلاثة: الهوية، الانجذاب، والتطبيق، مع تفكيك الصور النمطية والتعريف بمخاطر ما يُسمى «العلاج التحويلي».
This chapter introduces the components of gender as a social construct — social role, gender expression, and gender identity — then moves to sexual orientation and its three elements (identity, attraction, practice), dismantling stereotypes and addressing the harms of so-called “conversion therapy”.

الجلسة الأولى: التعبير الاجتماعي، الدور الاجتماعي، والنوع الاجتماعي
Session 1: Gender Expression, Social Role & Gender
نشاط «العلب الثلاث» لفرز البطاقات بين التعبير والدور والهوية، تليه مسيرة الامتيازات (خطوة إلى الأمام) لاستكشاف أثر التقاطعية على تجارب الأشخاص المختلفة.
The “Three Boxes” sorting activity, followed by a privilege walk (step forward) exploring how intersectionality shapes different people's experiences.
الجلسة الثانية: التوجّه الجنسي
Session 2: Sexual Orientation
من خلال استعارة زراعة الزهرة (التراب، الماء، البذور، الشمس)، يتعرّف المشاركون/ات إلى عناصر التوجّه الجنسي الثلاثة، ويناقشون/يناقشن مخاطر «العلاج التحويلي» غير العلمي.
Through the metaphor of planting a flower (soil, water, seeds, sunlight), participants explore the three elements of sexual orientation and discuss the dangers of unscientific “conversion therapy”.
